Shipping policy
Scope & Delivery Coverage
This policy applies exclusively to domestic deliveries within the United Arab Emirates. KAŠTEL does not currently offer international shipping through our standard web storefront.
Shipping Rates & Pricing
- Complimentary Standard Shipping: All orders placed on kastel.ae include complimentary door-to-door delivery across all seven Emirates. The total price displayed at checkout is fully inclusive of fulfillment and last-mile logistics.
- Taxes: All order totals include 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017.
Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines
Every order is inspected, hand-packed, and sealed at KAŠTEL’s fulfillment facility prior to dispatch.
- Standard Delivery: Orders placed Sunday through Saturday before 4:00 PM (GST) are processed for next-day delivery within major urban centers across the UAE. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GST) will be processed the following day.
- Remote & Outlying Areas: Addresses designated as remote under domestic logistics routes are served on a fixed weekly schedule. Delivery timelines for these locations will be confirmed via SMS or email following order dispatch.
- Shipment Tracking: Upon dispatch, a real-time tracking link will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS and email.
Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Origin (RTO)
Our courier partner will attempt to contact you up to three (3) times via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate delivery.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or repeated unreachability, the shipment will return to KAŠTEL ("Return to Origin").
- Automatic Cancellation: Upon return to our facility, the order will be cancelled. For prepaid orders (credit/debit card), the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original card. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, the order will be cancelled with no payment required.
